Leggero Leggerissimo is the third short film by Antimo Campanile, produced in collaboration with Alaska Film and Sly Production.
An elderly, lonely, and melancholic man leads a monotonous and sad existence until he meets a visually impaired child who radically transforms his life. Through this unexpected friendship, the short film explores themes of hope and rebirth, demonstrating how even the most delicate connections can lead to a new light.
Leggero Leggerissimo has received recognition at various festivals, accumulating 32 awards, including Best Italian Short Film at the Ferrara Film Festival, River Film Festival, and Best Social Short Film at the Edera Film Festival. It was also selected for the Short Film Competition at the Monte-Carlo Film Festival de la Comédie and received a Special Mention at Cortinametraggio.
