In a vibrant adaptation for television by the director Antimo Campanile, the Orchestra and Choir of the Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari perform The Labyrinth of Crete, a youth opera by Nicola Piovani. Guided by the playful storytelling of two clowns, Don Cosimo and Papèla, the tale unfolds as Theseus, chosen for sacrifice to the Minotaur, confronts the beast with the clever aid of Ariadne in a whimsical reimagining of the ancient myth.
